Selling is something Michael has done all his life. For each of the last twenty-eight years, as an independent manufacturer’s representative, he was responsible for multi-million dollar sales of luxury outerwear by manufacturers from around the world to U.S. retail stores, primarily in the mid-west. He has worked with a variety of personalities on both the selling and buying end of the business. Having sat at both sides of the table as seller and buyer, and handling accounts from major department stores to “mom and pop” operations, he understands how to listen to people, and how to deliver outstanding customer service.
A life-long resident of the Chicago area, Michael grew up in West Rogers Park, raised his family first in new construction in Wheeling, then new construction in Lincoln Park, and currently, for the last thirteen years, he lives in a previously owned home in Glenview. Through these personal real estate experiences Michael has gained knowledge of a wide variety of property types and transactions. He is a college graduate with degrees in history and political science and he has taken post-graduate courses in direct marketing. Michael has aways enjoyed a fine reputation in his industry—he brings the same ethics and morals to his career as a Realtor®.
Michael continues to pursue knowledge in the area of real estate, and as a result has attained several designations: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), E-Pro (internet marketing certification) and ADPR (Accredited distressed property representative).
